Having a mailbox here is like having a fully staffed mail room. Somebody's there to sign for your packages from UPS and other major carriers. So instead of waiting for your package, you can get on with your life.
24-Hour Access
These days, not everybody keeps the same schedule. With 24-hour access, you can pick
up your mail on your own time, whenever its most convenient for you
Call in Mail Check & Package Notification
Why waste a trip if you don't have any mail? With call in mail check and package notification, you
won't have to. You can call and check or we can notify you when a package you
are expecting has arrived.
Mail Holding & Forwarding
Are you out of town a lot? If so, we'll hold your mail for you. We can even forward it whenever you are, so you can keep up with important matters. (Extra
charge for forwarding will apply. Check with our store for details.)
Package Acceptance
Don't need a mailbox but looking for somewhere to send your packages when you're not home? For only $3.00 per
item we will accept your packages and have them ready to go when you are. No more missing the UPS truck or having to wait around all day. (Check with us for details on this service.)

Each mail box has a $20.00 setup fee which includes your 24 hour access key and your mail box key.
To open a mailbox we will need TWO Pieces of photo identification. One can be your drivers license or your State Identification card. The other can be any
other form of official type of photo ID (work ID, bank ID etc.). You will also need to
stop by or download
Postal Form 1583 and to also complete The UPS Store Westland Mailbox Service Agreement.
Please note: If you wish to open your mail box by fax (734-595-1185) or mail, Form
1583 must be notarized. Both forms must be completed properly and returned to us,
before we can open your mailbox.
