- Improperly or undelivered packages? In most cases UPS can put a tracer on your package and have information on it within 48 hours.
Shipping via the USPS:
- You will pay for additional tracking on your package.
- Email verification is not an option.
- Package insurance is purchased in $50.00 increments.
- Need help getting your package getting it through the door? Better bring someone to help you.
- Need help with your paperwork? The clerk will give you the forms and you fill them out yourself.
- Do you need a tracer put on you package? You have to wait fifteen days before you can even do anything.
- Shipping is the same price whether you are sending to a business or a residential address.
